Lee Sneed

Lee Sneed, President of Dexter, joined Dexter in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to President in October 2026. Lee brings deep knowledge of Dexter’s operations, people, customers, and opportunities. As Chief Operating Officer, he played an important role in driving operational execution and strengthening Dexter’s safety culture.

As President, Lee leads and grows the Dexter business, with a continued focus on disciplined execution, serving customers, strengthening performance, and fostering collaboration across the organization. He is an accomplished strategist and change agent with more than twenty-five years of experience building, managing, acquiring, integrating, and reinventing multi-million-dollar, multi-product organizations. Using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, he has driven multi-site operational excellence by fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and sustainability.

Mr. Sneed has served as a member of the Board of Directors for two European companies and as a Board Advisor for a U.S.-based operation. He is a combat veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps for five years. Mr. Sneed received his Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, with a concentration in international business.
